• ICM would like to thank the community for their attendance and overwhelming positive response we received last Friday night town hall meeting with Morrisville town mayor and police chief. Alhumdullilah it was a full house and a successful event. Following the town hall, ICM was invited this week by the town council to open their meeting with a reading from the Quran. Inshaa Allah, we will continue to have more outreach events like these in the future to foster good relations with the town and our neighbors.
• ICM Shura would like to invite the community to a community meeting on Sunday April 9th from Maghrib to Isha at ICM’s location at 107 Quail Fields Ct. Morrisville, NC 27560.  We will be updating you on the renovation work currently underway, plans for moving the Jumaa & Taraweeh Prayers to the permanent location as well as our progress with purchasing the adjacent property.  We will also have a Q&A session regarding any masjid related matters.  Refreshments will be served, insha’ Allah.
• The middle school girls halaqa meets at 7:00 tonight
• Middle School and High School Boys halaqa meet from 7-8
• Boys Night will meet from 8-10 in sha’Allah. It is open to all boys age 7 and up
• Girls Night is cancelled
• Come out to IAR tonight at 7pm for the Free Friday event from Al Maghrib. Shaikh Kamal Mekki will be speaking about the Mekkan Period of the seerah of the Prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) and the lessons we can take from that for our lives today.
• Triangle Muslims is organizing its Soccer Tournament, starting Sat Apr 15th through Sat May 20th. Registration is now open.  Early registration costs for the 6-week program is $25. Games will be held indoor at XL Soccer (in Raleigh) or Net Sports (in Morrisville) inshaAllah.  For details, visit TriangleMuslims.org
