Jumuah Announcements 8/25/17

Assalamu’alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

  • Please donate for monthly expenses, you can now donate in person using credit card. See Imam Abdenasser to donate this way.

  • Eid ul Adha will fall on Friday September 1st. ICM will be joining IAR with Eid Prayers at the Exhibition Center at the State Fairgrounds. First shift begins at 7:30 and second begins at 9:30.

  • Jumuah Prayers on Eid day will be held in two shifts only. The first shift will be at 1:10pm at Four Points Sheraton and the second shift will be at 3:30pm at the ICM Facility.

  • Deen 4 Teens, a middle school girls halaqa meets tonight from 6:45-8pm

  • Middle School and High School Boys halaqa meet tonight from 7-8

  • Boys Night will meet tonight from 8-10 in sha’Allah and Girls Night meets tomorrow from 5-7:30.

  • ICM is looking for Khateebs for their Jumuah Prayers. This opportunity is open to adults and youth. Please see Imam Abdenasser if you are interested.

  • Dr Main Alqudah, President and Professor of Sharia/Islamic Finance at Al-Huda University will be at ICM tomorrow, August 26 after Thuhr Prayer for a lecture on Financial Stability. Topics to be covered include: Halal stock market, Planning for the Future, Halal income and Financial advice.

  • Al Mizaan will be having an open house on Sunday August 27 from 11am – 12pm at ICM

  • There will be an Ice Cream Social at ICM on Sunday August 27 from 1:30 until 4:00. Proceeds will benefit orphans. Come for salah and stay for ice cream!

  • Registration is now open for the second session of Amplified. Sign up to learn video productions, basic cooking skills, Java, auto mechanics and web development. Visit icmyouth.org to register!
