Domestic violence and abuse can happen in any community, to anyone, yet the problem is ignored, denied and overlooked. Psychological abuse is more difficult to acknowledge. Abusive behavior, whether it is from a man, woman, teenager or adult is not acceptable. If you feel that you, or someone you know are victims of abuse, please reach out for help.
