| (1) To reserve your spot, please check the Paperwork Set 1 Tab below and submit the paperwork before the deadline. |
| (2) After submitting the paperwork, please hang tight, upon receiving we will confirm the receipt and your spot. |
| (3) There will no further action needed from your side until the Paperwork Set 2 deadline. Please see the Paperwork Set 2 Tab below. |
| (4) As we get to mid-late October, we will be starting the workshops and other preparation. We will sending the workshops information via email and other resources as we get closer. |

(1) Deposit:
Please submit the deposit of $ 500 per person. The deposit check needs to be payable to Adam Travel.
Please write in the memo section: ICM Umrah Group
(2) Passport Photocopy:
We need a photocopy of the passport (picture page only)
‣ If you are not a US Citizen, we need the copy of the Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) as well.
The passport must be valid for 6 months prior to the travel date. Please write the following on the back of the copy: ICM Umrah Group
Per Saudi Guidelines: For sisters traveling alone with no Mahram, the age requirement is 45 and older and to also have a letter from any of her adult Mahrams agreeing to her travel alone with a group.
