Cardio Kickboxing is full body workout where the purpose is to increase the heart rate in intervals. Body weight is used as a way to strengthen the muscles. During the class we occasionally use light weights ( if u prefer). It starts with 10 min warm up, then, do at least 3-4 rounds of different kickboxing inspired moves for about 40 min. Then finally we cool down for about 10 min.With a great workout, you can burn anywhere from 500 – 700 calories.
