Men’s Workout Sessions

All brothers 17 and above are welcome to join the weekly workout group held weekly in ICM. The sessions are held every Wednesday (5:45 pm), Friday (5:45 pm) and Sunday (7:00 am). Sessions are presented by brother Omar Jabareen and they cover cardio and strength training, boxing and self defense. For more information call/text :
